Our vision
The Prime Alpine Destination

Explore

Andermatt is becoming the Prime Alpine Destination. We are laying the groundwork for an Alpine community in Andermatt. We are committed to a liveable future and to offering coming generations an extraordinary home.

Our mission.Where we are headed

We are creating a unique, sustainable habitat at the destination Andermatt. In the process, we are supporting the long-term development of our community of owners, locals and guests and are creating a destination with seamlessly integrated experiences.

Four pillars. For the Prime Alpine Destination

We are basing our path toward becoming the Prime Alpine Destination on the four pillars of people and culture, hospitality, collaboration and sustainability.

  • People and Culture

Foster a high-performing, diverse, collaborative and inclusive culture that attracts, develops, and retains employees

  • Focus on customers

We strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for customers from the initial engagement to becoming part of the vibrant community to be inspired to live, enjoy and work in Andermatt.

  • Collaboration

We strive to build and maintain strategic partnerships, expand our reach and thereby support our vision of the Prime Alpine Destination.

  • Sustainability

Sustainability in the sense of climate and socially compatible tourism is our philosophy.

People and Culture. What that means to us

We want to be a first-class destination, which is why we are dedicated to our projects with heart and soul. We think ahead, provide feedback, are innovative and continue to grow – in order to always achieve the best possible results. As a company, we avoid taking part in every price war and instead define ourselves through first-class products and services.
