2 Oct 2026 The Young Generation: ZFF Genuss Film

Valentin Sträuli represents a young, creative generation in Swiss gastronomy. As the Executive Chef at IGNIV Andermatt, he combines the culinary style of Andreas Caminada, a three-star chef from Graubünden, with his own unique approach.

Together with his team, Sträuli creates imaginative dishes that are both regional and cosmopolitan. The name IGNIV comes from the Romansh language and means «nest» – a symbol of the restaurant’s philosophy that guests should feel comfortable, welcome, and well cared for. In 2025, GaultMillau named Valentin Sträuli «Discovery of the Year» for his creative work.

The selected film remains a surprise for now and will be announced shortly before the festival begins.
