The Customer Services department at Andermatt Swiss Alps provides a variety of services and offers to owners in Andermatt Reuss.
- Safe key deposit service
With the key handling service, you can deposit the key with the Customer Services department. That way, if the key is needed for repairs or other urgent matters, it can be handed over at any time.

We’ll coordinate renovations for you, obtain bids and permits, and give tradesmen access to your apartment with your approval.

Services for apartments that are not in the rental pool
Apartment Supervision Service Basic: We’ll check your apartment twice a month, air it out, run the water, flush the toilet, water the plants, and empty the mailbox.
Apartment Supervision Service Basic+: Same checks as with Supervision Service Basic. In addition, we’ll perform a check before you arrive: We’ll adjust the heat and verify whether the apartment needs to be cleaned. Cleaning costs are not included in the price of the service.
Apartment Supervision Service Premium: In the case of Apartment Supervision Service Premium, additionally required maintenance work is covered up to 30 minutes per order.
Apartment maintenance: We’ll take care of small repairs for you, such as replacing a light bulb or tightening fixtures.
Cleaning service: We’ll arrange to have your apartment cleaned so that you can concentrate on relaxing during your stay.
