SIGMA Sports 2026 Competition


1. Organizer

The organizer of the Andermatt Swiss Alps x SIGMA Sports 2026 competition (hereinafter the “Competition”) is Andermatt Swiss Alps AG, Gotthardstrasse 2, 6490 Andermatt, Switzerland (hereinafter “ASA”).

2. Free Participation

Participation in the Competition is free of charge and does not require the purchase or use of any paid services. By participating, the participant does not assume any contractual or other legal obligations towards ASA or any third parties.

3. Eligibility

Eligible to participate is any natural person of legal age who is legally competent and a customer of SIGMA Sports (hereinafter the “Participant”).

Employees of ASA, companies affiliated with ASA, as well as involved cooperation partners, agencies, and their immediate family members are excluded from participation.

4. Participation

a. Competition Period

ASA will conduct the competition from 6 April 2026 to 10 May 2026. Participants can take part between 6 April 2026 (00:01) and 30 April 2026 (23:59) via online form under [placeholder for URL].

b. Requirements for Participation

To participate in the Competition, the Participant must register by:

1. Entering their personal data in the online participation form on the SIGMA Sports Eventbrite webpage where tickets to the Ride will be hosted

2. Confirming attendance at the “SIGMA Sports x Andermatt Swiss Alps Ride” event on Sunday 10 May, 2026, and being present at the event

c. Participation Process

Once the Participant has successfully registered in accordance with these Participation Terms and Conditions, they will automatically be entered into the Competition.

5. Prize

a. Type of prize

The SIGMA Sports Andermatt Swiss Alps prize constitutes one 4-day cycling holiday for two people at the Swiss Alpine cycling resort of Andermatt. The holiday will take place at the winner’s chosen dates during the Andermatt cycling season which commences on 1 April and ends on 30 November, 2026. The dates will be subject to availability. The winner’s accompanying person is not obliged to ride, alternative non-cycling activities such as golf, hiking, spa or other similar activities can be organised, but not included in the prize.

The package includes the following benefits for two people and is based on sharing a Twin or Double room and taking the same flights and transfers:

Any additional costs not expressly included in the prize description (including but not limited to travel insurance, personal expenses, additional meals, optional activities, minibar charges, or upgrades) shall be borne by the winner.

b. Determination and notification of the winner

The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible participants present at the event and announced at the end of the event on 10 May 2026. The event takes place at SIGMA Sports Hampton Wick, 37-43 High Street, Kingston upon Thames, KT1 4DA. He/she will also be notified about the result in writing at the indicated address.

c. Payout

The prize is awarded solely to the winner and as a non-cash prize. An exchange or payout of the value of the winnings is not possible. The winnings will be automatically processed and/or sent by ASA after hearing back from the winner. The risk associated with the non-cash prize thus passes to the winner. The winner is personally responsible for declaring any tax associated with the winnings.

d. Travel Conditions

The prize must be redeemed within the specified travel dates and cannot be changed unless otherwise agreed by ASA. If the winner is unable to travel within these dates, the prize will be forfeited and no substitute prize will be provided.

The winner and their accompanying person are responsible for ensuring they possess valid travel documents (passport, visas if applicable) and appropriate travel insurance.

ASA assumes no responsibility if the winner or accompanying person is unable to travel due to personal circumstances, lack of valid documentation, or failure to meet entry requirements.

6. Disqualification from the contest

ASA reserves the right to exclude individual participants from the Competition where legitimate reasons exist, including but not limited to:

7. Changes to the Participation Rules and Early Termination

ASA reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of the Competition, participation rules, or the drawing process at any time.

ASA also reserves the right to terminate or interrupt the Competition at any time, particularly where circumstances arise that would disrupt or prevent the proper execution of the Competition.

8. Legal recourse

No correspondence is exchanged about the competition. Legal recourse is excluded. There is no legally enforceable right to conveyance, payout or exchange of the winnings. Swiss law is exclusively applicable.

9. Limitations of liability

Where permitted by statute, all liability of the ASA Group is excluded.

10. Severability clause

If individual provisions of the Participation Terms and Conditions should be ineffective or unenforceable, this does not affect the effectiveness of the other provisions. The ineffective or unenforceable provisions are to be replaced by effective and enforceable arrangements whose effects most closely approximate the objective that ASA had pursued.
These Participation Terms and Conditions are available only in English and may be amended by ASA at any time.

11. Data protection

We process the personal data you provide during registration for the purpose of conducting the Competition.

The Participant agrees that the data provided may also be used for marketing purposes. The data provided by the Participant will not be transferred to or used by third parties.

If the storage of the data is no longer required after the Competition and no legal retention obligations exist, the data will be deleted.
