Welcome to winter wonderland Andermatt
Our safety measures in overview.
Stay safe and have fun: That's our motto for the 2020/21 winter season. Together, let's ensure a winter experience that’s not only especially pleasant but especially safe.
Because of the current capacity restrictions, we ask that guests do not visit the Andermatt+Sedrun+Disentis ski area. A reservation is mandatory at weekends to enter the ski area in Andermatt (Gütsch-Express).
Install our Mountain Access app (Android or iOS) and allow push notifications. That way, you’ll receive our coronavirus information in real time.
Install the Sepp app, which enables you to pay parking fees contactlessly almost everywhere in Andermatt.

In the queuing areas:
With ground markings, barriers, and glass protection walls, we are making it easier for you to comply with distancing rules.
Wear a mask in waiting and queuing areas, as well as in indoor areas.
Always maintain the required distance.
On the cableways:
Note that the number of skiers and snowboarders is limited in Andermatt+Sedrun+Disentis.
The windows in the cableways will be open during the trip.
Wearing a mask in mandatory on all gondolas and lifts.
At weekends it's mandatory for guests to reserve a space in the Gütsch-Express online.
As pedestrian you do not need a reservation for the gondola.
Catering:
Restaurants that are open are offering take-away. Stay informed about current developments on our restaurants page.
There is no possibility to consume take-away offers in a sheltered place on site.
Safety has always been an important aspect of our work, even more so this year. In order to protect our guests and employees, additional measures are necessary. I realise that some of the changes may cause an inconvenience, and I ask for your understanding and patience. In return, you can rest assured that we are doing everything possible to ensure your safety.
