In addition to the Covid-19 measures adopted by the Federal Office of Public Health, the canton, and the industry associations, we have established guidelines for your protection as well as for ours. Version: 18 December 2021

    We ask that you always wear a mask when indoors in public spaces if you are unable to maintain a minimum distance of 1.5 metres.

  • Maintain social distancing

    Please maintain a distance of at least 1.5 metres.

  • Buy tickets online

    Please always buy and book your tickets and activities online, where possible.

  • Wash hands

    Please regularly wash and disinfect your hands.

  • Reserve in advance

    Please reserve your activities in advance.

  • Respect barriers

    Please respect ground markings and barriers.

  • Self-responsibility

    Please practice self-responsibility and stay home if you experience symptoms or feel unwell.

  • Covid certificate

    We ask that you present a valid Covid certificate when attending our events.

  • 2G rules

    We ask that you respect the 2G rules at our restaurants and hotels.

Our protective measures in the cableways

    • With ground markings, barriers, and glass protection walls, we are making it easier for you to comply with distancing rules.

    • Wear a mask in enclosed waiting and queuing areas, as well as in indoor areas.

    • Always maintain the required minimum distance of 1.5 metres.

    • The windows in the cableways will be open during the trip, weather permitting.

    • Wearing a mask in mandatory on all closed gondolas and lifts. Masks are not required to be worn on open gondolas and lifts.

    • The Gurschen, Gemsstock, Disentis-Caischavedra and Sedrun-Cuolm da Vi gondolas will operate with a maximum capacity of 70%.

Our protective measures in the restaurants

In accordance with the order of the Federal Council, 2G rules apply at all restaurants. This means that access to the indoor areas of restaurants, bars and lunchrooms is allowed only for those who have been vaccinated against Covid-19 or have recovered from it. In addition, mask-wearing is mandatory, and food and beverages may be consumed only when seated. Access is no longer allowed for persons who only have a certificate showing a negative Covid test.

When entering, we ask that you have a valid Swiss or EU Covid certificate ready for presentation, along with an official identity document (annual pass is not considered an official identity document). Proof of having suffered from a Covid illness (medical attestations, orders lifting quarantine, laboratory certificate, cantonal confirmations, etc.) or a vaccination booklet will not be accepted. Because of the obligation to present a Covid certificate, the lunchroom on Nätschen will remain closed. Until further notice, the Gurschen and Milez lunchrooms are open.

Indoors

As a rule, access to indoor events by persons aged 16 and older is restricted to individuals with a value Covid certificate (“2G” – those who have been vaccinated against Covid-19 or have recovered from it). As a rule, mask-wearing is mandatory at all indoor events, and food and beverages may be consumed at them only when seated. Where it is not possible to wear a mask and comply with obligation to consume food and beverages only when seated, access is permitted only for individuals who have been vaccinated against Covid-19 or have recovered from it and who can in addition present a certificate of a negative test result (“2G+”). Please comply with each organiser's rules.

Andermatt Swiss Alps AG events in the Andermatt Concert Hall

When attending Andermatt Swiss Alps AG events in the Andermatt Concert Hall, we ask that you comply with the following Covid-19 protective measures:

  • We ask that you comply at all times with the general conduct and hygiene rules oft he Federal Office of Public Health.

  • Where possible, purchase your tickets online.

  • If you feel sick or have symptoms of a Covid-19 illness, we ask that you not attend the event.

  • In order to enter events, you will need a certificate of vaccination or recovery that is recognised in Switzerland for this purpose (known as “2G”).

    • Admission to the Andermatt Concert Hall is through the general entrances of the Radisson Blu Hotel Reussen. Please observe the corresponding signage inside the building.

    • Masks are required to be worn in all public areas of the Radisson Blu Hotel Reussen.

    • Doors open 45 minutes before the event begins. We ask that you arrive well in advance, since it takes longer than usual to check certificates and tickets.

    • You will first pass through the Covid certificate checkpoint. Please have your Covid certificate and an identity document ready for presentation.

    • Your concert ticket will then be checked directly in front of the Andermatt Concert Hall. Tickets are scanned contactlessly.

    • Wearing a mask is mandatory at all times when inside the building.

    • The bar in the lobby is currently closed. Food and beverages will be available at the Radisson Blu Hotel Reussen before and after concerts. Restaurant dining is subject to the COVID-19 measures in effect on the date of the concert. Reservations are recommended.

    • We ask that you avoid gathering in large groups when indoors.

Outdoors

Access to outdoor events with more than 300 people by persons aged 16 and older is restricted to individuals who have been vaccinated against Covid-19 or have recovered from it or have been tested for it (“3G”). The organiser can voluntarily restrict access to individuals who have been vaccinated against Covid-19 or have recovered from it and who can in addition present a certificate of a negative test result (“2G+”).

Guidelines for arriving visitors

The hotels and holiday apartments have discretion to determine their own conditions for welcoming guests. However, 2G rules are in effect at all restaurants and for all events at the hotels. This means that access to restaurants, sport and recreational operations and indoor events is allowed only for those who have been vaccinated against Covid-19 or have recovered from it. In some cases, 2G+ rules (including a test) also apply. In addition, mask-wearing is mandatory in restaurants and at events, and food and beverages may be consumed at them only when seated. Access is no longer allowed for persons who only have a certificate showing a negative Covid-19 test.

Guests from abroad must present a negative test (PCR test within the last 72 hours; rapid antigen test within the last 24 hours) and complete an entry form. Hotels and holiday apartments are obligated to require guests from abroad to show that they have been tested if they are unable to present a certificate demonstrating that they have been vaccinated against Covid-19 or have recovered from it.

  • Areas in Germany: State of Baden-Württemberg, State of Bavaria

  • Areas in France: Region of Grand-Est, Region of Bourgogne-Franche Comté, Region of Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes

  • Areas in Italy: Region of Piedmont, Region of Valle d'Aosta, Region of Lombardy, Region of Trentino-Alto Adige/Südtirol

  • Areas in Austria: State of Tirol, State of Vorarlberg

  • Areas in Liechtenstein: entire principality
