  • Install the Sepp app, which enables you to pay parking fees contactlessly almost everywhere in Andermatt.

  • Stay informed about current developments on our news page.

    • With ground markings, barriers, and glass protection walls, we are making it easier for you to comply with distancing rules.

    • Wear a mask in waiting and queuing areas, as well as in indoor areas.

    • Always maintain the required distance.

    • The windows in the cableways will be open during the trip.

    • Wearing a mask in mandatory on all gondolas and lifts.

Our protective measures for events at the Andermatt Concert Hall

Version: 31 May 2021

Stay safe and have fun: That's our motto for the 2021 events. Together, let’s ensure safe enjoyment.

  • We ask that you comply at all times with the general conduct and hygiene rules of the Federal Office of Public Health.

  • Where possible, purchase your tickets online.

  • If you feel sick or have symptoms of a Covid-19 illness, we ask that you not attend the event.

    • With ground markings, barriers, and glass protection walls, we are making it easier for you to comply with distancing rules.

    • Wear a mask in waiting and queuing areas, as well as in indoor areas.

    • Always maintain the required distance.

    • Admission to the Andermatt Concert Hall is through the entrance on Gütschgasse and not, as usual, through the lobby of the Radisson Blu Hotel Reussen. Please follow the corresponding signage in Piazza Gottardo and inside the building.

    • Doors open 45 minutes before the event begins.

    • Tickets are scanned contactlessly.

    • Wearing a mask is mandatory at all times when inside the Concert Hall.

    • The auditorium plan provides for the necessary safety distance between each seat. In the stalls, seating is arranged accordingly. The balcony will remain closed. It is not permitted to change the distances between seats. This also applies to guests who live in the same household.

    • Take your jacket with you into the auditorium. There is temporarily no coat check.

    • In order to prevent large gatherings of people, we ask that you take the reserved seat indicated on your ticket immediately after entering the Concert Hall. You must remain seated during the performances. You may leave your seat only in the event of an emergency.

    • The bar in the foyer is not open at this time. You have the option of dining at the Radisson Blu Hotel Reussen before or after the concert. The restaurant visit is subject to the COVID-19 measures in force on the day of the concert. A table reservation is recommended.

    • Note that the events will be held without an interval. During the event, you may use the bathroom if this cannot be delayed.

    • At the start and end of the event, you will be informed about how to leave the Concert Hall.

Safety has always been an important aspect of our work, even more so this year. In order to protect our guests and employees, additional measures are necessary. I realise that some of the changes may cause an inconvenience, and I ask for your understanding and patience. In return, you can rest assured that we are doing everything possible to ensure your safety.
